The daughter of Husayn Khan Kalantar was triple-divorced by her husband, Mulla Muhammad. A court was established to address this matter in Khaniqayn. To that end, four witnesses in Qasr[-i Shirin] are waiting to appear court.

Sayyid Husayn coercively divorced his wife, in the presence of Sayyid Abu al-Qasim (prayer leader of ‘Ali mosque), with the wife waiving her mahr and the condition of no return after divorce. Now after five months, when she wants to marry another man, Sayyid Husayn claims that he wants to remarry her, even though her marriage contract has been abrogated.

Woman's murder, 1911
The body of the daughter of Haji Mulla Bashi from Taliqan was found by police. Her husband, Aqa Mirza Ibrahim from Taliqan, is arrested for her murder. He had been suspicious of his wife's relationship with his nephew, Hamid Allah, and asked her father to settle the mahr and agree to divorce.
